Position Overview:

This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who will manage and optimize the Tableau Server environment, supporting critical data analysis and visualization needs.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000

Strategic Innovations Group, LLC is a dynamic and rapidly expanding certified 8(A) Government Contractor located in Arlington, Virginia. We specialize in providing advanced solutions in Digital Transformation, Data Management, and Systems Modernization for federal, state, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the establishment of new Tableau sites for various Lines of Business.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Tableau Server environments.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA usage policies through regular reviews.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage server load balancing to maintain optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining Tableau Server environments.
  • Experience in government contracting is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision.
