Avera is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Sioux Falls. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our clinic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in caring for patients in the clinic setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota
  • Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
  • Experience working in a clinic setting
