Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and seamless transitions
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a Texas license or compact Texas license
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, as needed
