Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As an In-Charge Respiratory Therapist, you will provide exceptional patient care and lead our respiratory team in the absence of managers or supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general supervision to the respiratory team and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Perform diagnostic testing, therapeutics, support, monitoring, patient assessment, and patient education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Collaborate with the Great Falls Clinic Hospital Respiratory Care Manager to develop and implement effective respiratory care plans.
  • Train newly hired staff within levels of expertise and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain licensure from the State of Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners and adhere to all required prerequisites.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Licensure from the State of Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners.
  • Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership when needed.
