Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of installation professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with designers to review job details and ensure design intent is met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with installation teams to review project progress and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Manage the service schedule for company vehicles to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct daily reviews to identify and address any project issues or go-backs.
  • Coordinate replacement parts orders with designers to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Schedule showroom display changes and replacements as advised by designers.
  • Coordinate the pickup of installation supplies, including countertops, glass, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cabinet installation and a strong understanding of power and hand tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and manage a team.

  • Ability to lift 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
