Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a leading provider of comprehensive multidisciplinary services, including Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture. We are seeking a motivated and passionate part-time Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and contribute to our organization's mission to provide the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individually designed programs to restore overall function and independence in the home setting.
  • Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other team members to create a comprehensive plan of care and achieve patient goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation of visits and effectively communicate discharge plans with family members and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York.
  • Experience in home health or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Certifications in CPR/First Aid are required.
