Position Overview:
The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning personnel and ensuring that designated facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves both management and hands-on cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-line cleaning staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Perform cleaning tasks in various areas including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles and surrounding areas.
- Manage employee breaks and lunch schedules.
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with safety management to uphold operational safety.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor to inspire the team.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in janitorial services.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
