Role Description:
Soliant is in search of a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our dedicated team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will engage with high school students, delivering behavior analysis services and support for a diverse caseload of 30 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' behavioral requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families to track and enhance student progress.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on effective behavior management strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services rendered.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in an educational environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
