Production Assembler

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for creating sub-assemblies that include printed circuit boards and various components. Your role will involve assembling complete electro-mechanical units using sub-assemblies, air tools, and other necessary parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble printed circuit boards by inserting the required components in a through-hole manner, following specific work instructions and utilizing various hand and air tools.
- Install sub-assemblies and miscellaneous hardware into designated unit enclosures at the final assembly stage, adhering to provided work instructions and procedures.
- Conduct electrical function tests at both the printed circuit board and final assembly levels using test fixtures supplied by the electrical engineering team.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, such as packing and other related duties.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to lift weights up to 26 lbs.
- Prior experience in assembly roles is advantageous.
Work Environment:
This position is within a national pool manufacturing company that produces equipment and products. The work environment is fast-paced, with strict deadlines. The production area is compact, and safety gear such as eye protection and protective footwear is mandatory. Loose clothing is not permitted.
Shift Details:
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
