  • Oversee the delivery and analysis of clinical biomarker data, ensuring adherence to timelines by liaising with relevant internal teams and CROs.
  • Prepare and present translational and biomarker findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain timelines for biomarker data publication in collaboration with the Medical Communications and Publication teams.
  • Stay informed on relevant scientific literature to integrate external insights into internal research initiatives and serve as a subject-matter expert within the team.
  • Work alongside Translational Medicine laboratory scientists and academic thought leaders to tackle nonclinical translational questions.
  • Engage in post-hoc biomarker analyses and publication efforts.
  • Support regulatory submissions and interactions as necessary.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Comprehensive understanding of late-stage drug development processes.
  • Experience in activities related to the initiation, maintenance, and completion of clinical trials.
  • Proficient in collaborating with CROs and thought leaders to manage project timelines.
  • Demonstrated scientific and leadership capabilities, including team collaboration, mentoring, and project management.
  • Accountability for timelines and deliverables, with the ability to prioritize risks and implement contingency plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and exhibit excellent organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Master's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences with 6+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in academia or biotechnology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical biomarker development.

Compensation
