Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and outcomes
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and education to promote patient independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care rehabilitation
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
