Janitor - Northview Pointe

The John Stewart Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and employees.

• Clean and maintain common areas, including floors, walls, and windows.
• Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Perform initial clean up and final detailed cleaning of apartment unit turnovers.
• Perform miscellaneous janitorial maintenance related tasks as directed by Property Manager.

• Minimum three years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience.
• Valid Driver License.
• Knowledge of proper disposal of hazardous materials, electronic waste, and recycling practices.
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs.
