Qualifications:
Strive to be the Best Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
If you meet the following qualifications, we would like to connect with you:
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required in CA
  • Prior experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or specific patient populations (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics) nursing
  • At least one year of experience in Palliative Care services preferred
  • Familiarity with agency policies and relevant state and federal regulations regarding nursing services
  • Proven expertise in pain and symptom management, as well as advanced care planning

Required Certifications and Licensure:
  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with a current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is provided
  • Certification from a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
  • Valid CPR certification preferred while employed in a clinical capacity
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to all business locations
  • Must maintain the minimum state-required liability auto insurance

Posted Salary Range:
USD $65.00 /Hr.
