Experienced Journeyman Lineperson

Job Summary:

Utility Lines Construction Services, LLC is seeking an Experienced Journeyman Lineperson to assist with the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical power lines and systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of distribution, substation facilities, and systems, including reconductoring existing lines.
• Attend to service calls concerning power outages and electrical problems.
• Operate motorized equipment, use hand tools, and perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines as part of training.
• Stock and service vehicles to be equipped to respond to emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess problem-solving mental cognition.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and operate motorized equipment. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
