We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure timely collections from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Help monitor budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Enter and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain organized financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • A collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
