Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a panel of patients, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
About Us:
Eskenazi Health is one of the largest safety net health systems in the United States, serving over 1 million outpatient visits each year. We are affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine and serve as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
- Manage patient panels, conducting regular check-ups, and coordinating care with specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an MD to practice in the State of Indiana by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
- Board Eligible or Boards Certified in physician specialty.
- Insurability (malpractice).
- Current BLS or PALS.
- Ability to meet and maintain current Eskenazi Health credentialing and privileging requirements.
Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus potential based on individual performance and team success.
