**Administrative Support Role for Tax Season**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cherry Bekaert LLP during the Fall tax season. This is a temporary position, and candidates must be available to work from September through October. Full-time availability is highly preferred, and the position will be onsite.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interact with internal and external clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Print, assemble, and prepare tax return documents for delivery.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of appropriate systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Effectively file resources and/or documentation according to Firm electronic retention standards.
  • Collaborate with local administrative staff to assist with administrative and office support coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including copying, front desk support, scanning, shredding, mail distribution, and restocking production rooms.

**Requirements:**

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products; GoFileRoom knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as work within a team on projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility.
  • Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information.

Compensation for this role is $ per hour. Individual offers will consider location, experience, and budget.
