Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

At Select Employment Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to work in an employee wellness clinic at client locations in the greater Dayton market. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform medical assessments of patients and compile medical data and results of examination.
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
  • Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
  • Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
  • NCCPA or CRNP certified.
  • Current licensed physician assistant or nurse practitioner in Ohio.
  • Must maintain state licensure throughout the course of employment.
  • DOT/FMCSA certification (can be earned during credentialing).
