About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team at Parker Hannifin. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of high-priority engineering programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement tactical and operational plans to achieve division objectives.
  • Define project and specific outcome measures for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all team members share accountability for project completion.
  • Manage programs per the Win Strategy and facilitate gate reviews per master time plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience with new product launches and commercialization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PMP Certification preferred.
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and communication skills.
