Qualifications:

  • Current RN License: Current RN license in New York.
  • MDS Coordinator Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as an MDS Coordinator.
  • RAI Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of RAI process and MDS completion.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sigma Care.
