Job Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Specialist to join our team at Sarasota Memorial Healthcare. This role involves leading initiatives to promote effective process design, development, and implementation of EMRs and other technology enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in clinical applications to inform technology development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare information challenges.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance patient care and clinician productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience, including one year in EMR project management.
  • Nursing Informatics Certification (NI-BC) within three years of hire.
Compensation:

$95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
