Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at NextStep Recruiting. This is a hybrid work model role, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Ledger, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet preparation, and analysis.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong Excel skills, with experience in NetSuite a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger, including the mentioned responsibilities.
