Position Overview

Are you someone who thrives in an independent work environment? Do you possess the confidence to drive sales and achieve results? If you excel at building relationships with store management and staff, this role may be ideal for you.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Danone products, including yogurt, creamer, and milk, during store visits within your designated territory.

This role encompasses product merchandising, placement of new items, display selling, and effective territory management. A valid driver's license is required as travel and mileage reimbursements are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technology to collect and report data from store visits using a company-provided tablet.
  • Ensure full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts, which includes cleaning, stocking, rotating, pricing merchandise, and conducting audits as necessary.
  • Engage with management promptly to meet assigned objectives and report observations related to client products and customer needs.
  • Act as the client advocate by identifying sales opportunities and performing shelf work while fostering relationships with store leadership.

Qualifications

Must be able to travel to various locations within the area. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive for extended periods are essential.

Experience with technology (such as smartphones and handheld devices) is necessary to interpret instructions for building displays.

Physical activity is a part of the job, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Strong interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, and to comprehend and execute documented instructions.

Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
