We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. This role involves performing Radiology and CAT scan procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality Radiology and CT scan procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Prioritize patient care, ensuring that patient needs are met and procedures are performed with the highest standards.
- Apply independent judgment and technical expertise in conducting various imaging procedures using ionizing radiation.
- Conduct examinations on a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Maintain responsibility for designated areas or procedures, adhering to established safety protocols and standards.
- Experience at least 1 year of CT experience preferred.
- Acute care experience is required for FSED opportunities.
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred.
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School.
