Job Overview

This position is fully remote.

The role involves delivering urgent roadside support to clients who possess emergency assistance benefits through their automotive insurance or as part of their new vehicle purchase package.

A significant number of leading insurance providers endorse this service, with a large percentage of new vehicles sold in the U.S. relying on it for customer support.


Key Responsibilities

As a service agent, you will manage incoming service requests from clients utilizing Accident Management Programs.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Initiating outbound communications to coordinate services for Accident Scene Management, Vehicle Release Management, and Home & Specialty Line Management situations.
  • Responding to inbound inquiries from customers and service providers regarding ongoing services.
  • Processing inbound calls to initiate new service requests.

Qualifications

Essential Skills for Successful Service Partners:

  • This role is ideally suited for service partners available during peak hours, specifically from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET and/or 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, as a substantial portion of service requests occur during these times.
  • Proficiency in using Google Maps and other navigation tools is required.
