Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily delivery routes to ensure efficient equipment delivery and pickup.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including DOT and FDA guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle.
  • Provide patient education and training on equipment use.
  • Work with patients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Complete delivery and pickup processes through our mobile app.
  • Assist with equipment cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair.
  • Perform daily vehicle maintenance and ensure a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to work a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Ability to accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
