Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Support: Build trust and confidence with residents through competent and caring interactions. Provide assistance with hygiene and daily living tasks, including toileting, bathing, and meal support. Ensure residents are safely mobilized and positioned as needed.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated with specialized training and, when necessary, undertake additional tasks relevant to the assigned residents or areas of care.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized Medication Manager training program.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Capability to lift up to 75 pounds when required.
