Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team at SITE Staffing. As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality materials in accordance with production schedules, applying finishing prints, and packaging the material for shipment.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to ensure efficient production
* Produce goods that meet customer specifications and quality standards
* Accurately complete paperwork to track production metrics
* Follow a schedule to meet production deadlines
* Ensure only quality products are packed and prepared for shipment
* Train co-workers in a continued learning environment to promote teamwork and quality

Schedule:

* 6PM - 6AM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

* Will train on days, hours are 6.00am - 4.00pm or 6.00am - 6.00pm

Payrate:

* $16.00/hour + BOE

Requirements:

* Minimum of three (3) months packing experience
* Minimum of six (6) months experience machine operating in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Ability to stand up to 10 hours
* Ability to read a tape measure
* Ability to use a gauge, staple gun, and saw
* Basic English, Math, Communication Skills
* GED or High School Diploma
* Valid WI ID
