Intake Coordinator

Adecco USA is seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for screening and assessing patients to determine their eligibility for donation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of patients to determine their eligibility for donation
- Obtain vital signs, height, and weight measurements
- Administer finger sticks to check hematocrit and protein levels
- Perform other basic assessment duties as required
- Work collaboratively with a tight-knit team of 5-8 nurses
- LPN licensure
- Ability to work a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- $29.50 per hour
- Sign-on bonus of $2,500 with a 2-year commitment
- 100% of the sign-on bonus paid in the first year, 50% paid after 1 year
- Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) matching
- 5.5 weeks of paid vacation per year
- Closed major holidays
