Job Responsibilities
  • Providing High-Quality RN Care: Deliver exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborating with Medical Staff: Work with physicians and residents to develop care plans
  • Tracking Outcomes and Reviewing Options: Monitor patient progress and discuss options with medical staff
  • Administering and Supervising Treatments: Ensure accurate and effective treatment of patients
  • Making Sure Medical Equipment is Properly Set Up and Monitored: Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Informing Residents and Family Members: Keep patients and their loved ones informed about care options
  • Drawing Blood, Urine, and Other Fluids for Lab Work: Collect and analyze patient samples
  • Ensuring Staff Compliance with Facility Policies and Nursing Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to guidelines
  • Verifying Accurate Documentation of Medical Histories and Interventions: Ensure accurate and complete patient records
  • Supervising Nurses and Support Staff: Lead and train your team to deliver exceptional care
  • Assisting with Incident Investigations: Participate in investigations to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania State License: Practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from Approved Nursing Program: Meet the educational requirements for nursing
  • At Least 1 Year of Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role
  • Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and time management abilities
