About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician to join our team at CSMN Operations, LLC dba All Points North. As a TMS Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling TMS treatment appointments and verifying medical insurance authorizations.
  • Administering TMS treatments according to protocols provided by mental healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring patient comfort and safety during sessions.
  • Providing excellent patient care and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborating with certified TMS psychiatrists on patient care.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • License/credentials as a CNA, EMT, LVN, Med Tech, Mental Health Tech, or similar.
  • Prior experience in mental health or patient care required.
  • Successful completion of TMS certification based on initial training provided.
  • Experience working with patients suffering from anxiety, depression, and addiction preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in electronic health recordkeeping software.
