Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock prep and line stations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure adherence to safe food-handling practices.
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, quantity calls, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems.
