We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at MRG Exams Careers as a Disability Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities- Review medical records electronically through a web portal and perform a focused, in-person physical exam on each Veteran.
- Electronically document the exam findings required by the VA through the web portal.
- Work independently to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete the questionnaire and form medical opinions.
- Meet productivity requirements, performing Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day.
- Must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NCCPA accredited) license.
- Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
- Full-Time Salary $110,000 - $120,000

- A clinical setting with a set schedule during normal business hours and no on-call requirements.
