Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medication to residents under their care plan, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within the scope of practice, maintaining the highest level of patient care.
- Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate a change in their status.
- Perform all duties under local, state, and federal guidelines, adhering to our organization's standards of care.
- Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator, ensuring seamless operation of our healthcare services.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support for our nursing staff.
- Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) License, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
