Job Opportunity

Landmark Hospital of Savannah is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory assistance and treatment to patients, utilizing your knowledge and skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, utilizing your expertise in respiratory therapy.
  • Manage and administer respiratory medications and therapeutic medical gases, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and physiological activity, recognizing interrelationships between these factors and taking appropriate action.
  • Utilize independent judgment and actions in various tasks, demonstrating your ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.

Requirements:

  • Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License
  • Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred, critical care preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Team, detail, and goal-oriented
  • Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
