Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic and clinician-owned home healthcare agency that prioritizes work-life balance and clinician support. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Conduct home environment assessments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care.

Requirements:
  • Home healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must hold a valid MA Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with various patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, utilize a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Compensation:

Hourly wage: $55-$140
