Banquet Host

The Banquet Server is a key member of our team at Rochester Convention Center Management Corp, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision and care.

1. Serving Guests: You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every need is met.
2. Event Set-up: You will be responsible for setting up the event space, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
3. Food Service: You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that every dish is presented with flair and every guest is satisfied.
4. Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with other staff members, including the Banquet Captain, Food and Beverage Manager, and other servers, to ensure seamless service.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a wait server is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to carry a tray with ten dinners is required.
