Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Retail Sales: Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, along with wireless services, to the general public.
  • Create Additional Sales Opportunities: Develop creative marketing campaigns and participate in community involvement events to drive sales.
  • Develop Continuous Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
  • Handle Daily Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
  • Develop and Monitor Action Plans: Create and track action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Motivation and Drive: A strong motivation to learn, grow, and excel in your career.
  • Technology Skills: A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
