We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assistant/Medical Scribe to join our team at Twin Cities Orthopedics. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and supporting our clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain patient exam rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Room patients and prepare them for exams, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical flow.
- Gather and verify patient information, compiling medical data and assisting with documentation in electronic health records.
- Support multiple specialties and assist with various clinical tasks, including injections, dressing changes, and application/removal of casts.
- Act as a prescribing delegate, entering medical orders into the computerized provider order entry system under the direct supervision of a provider.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology required.
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.
- A comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Plan.
- A $1,500.00 sign-on bonus, payable on the first paycheck with a 12-month commitment.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in our Waconia, Chaska, Arlington, and Plymouth locations.
No evening or weekend work is required.
We have a clinic setting with frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping, or sitting for long periods of time.
Travel independently throughout the clinic may be required.
