Community Eldercare Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Business Office team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the monthly A/R close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, reduce days sales outstanding, and increase cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues, and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounts receivable management.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and payment systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel, with experience in financial software and systems.
