Job Summary

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Aide to join our team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings to discuss childcare policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for children.
  • Supervise children's activities and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized childcare environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to parents and families.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid required.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in early childhood development preferred.
Working Conditions

The Childcare Aide will work in a fast-paced childcare environment, interacting with children and families on a daily basis. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude is essential for this role.
