Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key responsibilities include preparing and serving ready-to-eat food, maintaining the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area. You will also need to verify expiration dates, dispose of lesser-quality food products, and maintain a clean and sanitized area. What You'll Do...

  • Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to meet the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to Company policies and procedures.
