Key Responsibilities
  • Take and place orders accurately and efficiently, inputting them into the POS system to ensure correct timing and billing.
  • Deliver requested items in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a consistently high-quality service.
  • Relate with guests to understand their needs and satisfaction with beverages and drinks, ensuring a caring and attentive service.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen.
  • Prepare guest checks accurately and collect payment or signature as required.
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings.
  • Ensure food delivery is tidy and maintain an accurate par of food items, including beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards and napkins.
  • Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by following proper skills and food safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars, reporting damage or malfunctioning units.
  • Check quality and expiration of all items, discarding and replacing according to established procedures.
