About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Orangetheory fitness studio. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Onboarding: Greet every client with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Studio Tours: Offer guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Membership Sales: Sell memberships to clients, highlighting the benefits of our fitness program.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a professional and objective manner.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our studio and services.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive studio environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and technology.
