Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to our clients, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, including tax planning and compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and lead tax projects, including tax returns, audits, and controversy resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, and communicate changes to clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a Big Four firm
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including US federal and state tax laws
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to sit, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.

Travel:

This position may require international and domestic travel. Travel between all RSM US LLP locations and testing facilities is required.
