Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team at Attic Projects. As an Attic and Crawl Space Specialist, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install insulation and other materials in attics and crawl spaces
  • Conduct rodent proofing and sanitation services to prevent pest infestations
  • Perform mold remediation and removal services to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spaces
  • Ability to access through a 22"x30" opening
  • Ability to safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs
  • Proficiency in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
  • Ability to properly use personal protective gear on-site
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in insulation/rodent control
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership experience (supervised 2-3 crew team members on-site)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years
