Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwork Finish and Paint Specialist Trainee to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life, ensuring every detail is flawless and durable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute precise touch-ups of paint and finish on millwork projects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result
  • Apply a variety of finishing techniques and paint types to achieve the desired aesthetic
  • Maintain an eye for detail to ensure every piece meets our high standards
  • Work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to reality
  • Assist in labor tasks associated with the creation of finished products, including prep work, sanding, and other roles where needed in the shop
Qualifications
