OR Nurse

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience in the Operating Room (OR). You will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing nursing care, and documenting patient progress. Additionally, you will assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform various patient tests, and administer medications within your scope of practice.

• Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
• Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NM RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing or better
• BLS required; ACLS required; PALS required; TNCC preferred
