Job Description: As a Care Associate at Senior Lifestyle, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Care Services: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
  2. Medication Administration: Assist with medication administration and other health-related tasks, under the guidance of licensed medical professionals.
  3. Communication: Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  4. Care Planning: Participate in resident care planning and implementation, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe living environment, promote a positive work culture, and ensure excellent customer service.
