As a Renewals Specialist at SmartBear, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals through our innovative software solutions. With a strong focus on customer success, you will be responsible for driving account retention, growth, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically engage with customers to align their goals with our solutions
  • Ensure account retention and development through successful onboarding and adoption of our software
  • Identify customer needs and educate them on additional products in our portfolio
  • Monitor and report customer product experiences, providing consultation and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales, account management, or customer success experience in software is a plus
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ability to consult with customers remotely or onsite
  • Results-driven with excellent written and oral communication skills
